Tamar is now conducting "Kolorz - Self Love Training"sessions.

‘Self-love Training’ is a program I’ve created with the intention to share practical tools with people who wish to become connected with themselves from a source of love, creative power and self-healing.

This program offers alternative method to other accepted therapies around the world in treating depression, anxiety, stress and addictions – through learning self-love at all levels of existence; physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.

The program was created through my life experiences which lead to self-healing.

This program is offered in private therapy sessions or group workshops.

Self-love training program consists of 8 consecutive treatments. The treatment begins with an introduction and a conversation, discussing medical history, expectations, needs and desires.

The method integrates elements from several modules in the field of natural medicine, such as:

  • Acupressure – pressure points along the meridians

  • Advanced techniques in physical therapy

  • Reiki and Energy Balance

  • Colour therapy and clearing of energy blockages through chakras

  • Guided imagery and conscious breathing

  • Channelling and spiritual guidance

  • Reconnecting with your inner child

  • Re-formatting thought patterns for daily practice at home

During the session the patient will be lying on a treatment table and the treatment will be interactive throughout the session either by touch or verbally. During treatment, patients may experience an energetic / emotional release that will result in laughter / crying / or shouting. The treatment is unique to every patient and constructed according to the needs of the patient.

Shorter and / or one time off treatments may be conducted according to your needs.
